The Chatot who works primarily as a reporter. She always goes for the biggest scoops and faces much personal risk for her interviews, but she seems to always pull through.
Missions and Events
Interviews
Mission 1
Sometime after Mission 1, Kathy began conducting interviews with all guild leaders in Tao Village.
With her microphone in hand, she began the series with Shroomsworth. The Breloom explained to Kathy what the Merchant guild was about and how even though the guild charged for their services, while the Rescuers worked for free, the Merchants guaranteed a job done well. Kathy noticed Shroomsworth had a stone similar to what the Rescuers and Rogues had, but he could not say much about the stone or what it was for.
Next to be interviewed was Mike of the Rescue guild. Following Mission 1, the Charmander explained his hat was important to him because of the white feather he placed on it (and also because it hides his bald head). Mike also spoke of what happened when he first came to Tao Village. He had a run in with Gunpowder, was charged for having legal advice from Devonshire, and somehow owed PK a lot of Poke. Chill had come to the distressed Charmander and pitched the idea of starting the Rescue guild with him. Mike would later bring out his guild's stone, saying it would change the future for the better and it shared the same scent as his feather.
Following Mike, Kathy then met with Gunpowder. The Gabite told the bird of his childhood and how his parents had abandoned him when he was very young. Luckily for him, shortly after their departure to the sea, Devonshire found the tiny Gible and hired him to be his partner. As bittersweet as that story was, Kathy would later hear a completely different tale from the Sableye, so no one truly knows how the pair met. Gunpowder talked little about the guild, since he does not know much about the inner workings, but he reassured Kathy and her audience that the Rogues were not "bad guys." At the time, the Gabite had the guild stone with him, but could not say much other than change was coming.
Mission 2
During Mission 2, Kathy continued her series by interviewing other guild leaders.
First up was Chill. He spoke of his relationship with the other guild, especially with the Rogues. The Rescue guild notably had opposite views on how things should be done from the Rogues and the shady guild was their prime suspect for being behind strange behavior in the surrounding area. Chill appeared to have no quarrels with the Merchant guild and even spoke of getting free merchandise from the shops. He was about to speak about the stone Mike had when the Charmander burst through the door dressed as a maid. Apparently, he had just escaped from Merlot's grasp. Chill took this opportunity and asked Mike to dust his trophy collection.
Next was a meeting with Devonshire. Kathy wasted no time in asking questions Gunpowder was unable to answer, but Devonshire simply brushed them off, saying the Chatot should've gotten those answers by the Gabite. He claimed Gunpowder was the true leader of the guild and that the Rogues were a creation of Gunpowder and that he was simply the first member the Gabite recruited. Surprised from what she just heard, Kathy accidentally dropped her microphone near Devonshire. The Sableye returned the item to her, but the moment she touched him, eerie images began to appear. She made a quick attempt to find out more information about the stone, but Devonshire dismissed the question and spoke of strange things.
After such an interview, Kathy needed much rest and placed Chuck in charge of completing the rest of her series.
Mission 6
It was revealed during the Prologue to Mission 6, that Kathy is cousins with Kayne, Bluegill's Chatot companion
Mission 7
Although she had yet to make an appearance in either prologues or epilogues, Kathy had been caught in Jasmine's time bomb and ended up in the past with other guild members. Template:Clr

Missions and Events
Interviews
Mission 2
With Kathy unable to continue, Chuck took over conducting interviews.
His first victim was PK, leader of the Merchant guild. Chuck asked ridiculous questions, such as assuming the Kecleon ran a monopoly on the village and she discriminated against certain types of Pokemon. He asked PK about her parents, but she was unable to answer for she reflected on how her father took away her allowance forever when she was young. Chuck quickly asked another question, but this time hinting a scandalous relationship between the Kecleon and Gunpowder. This upset PK even further, calling the entire interview a sham. Chuck tried to get back on her good side and even tried to pet what seemed to be her dog, but was bitten by the Deino. PK began to speak about the stone they had in their possession and how they hope to make some changes for the health of the village, but Chuck was more concerned with his bleeding wing and failed to write any of that down. The next day, the "dog biting" scandal was on the front page of the newspaper.
Chuck's last interview was with Merlot, baroness of Castle Draclugia. Once again, he began asking ludicrous questions on the basis of false assumptions, claiming she was a vampire and drinking monster blood instead of wine. Merlot proceeded to make Chuck drink some wine to prove him wrong, though he acted as if he was given poison. Chuck asked the baroness if she had any friends to talk to in such a big castle, but other than servants, Merlot could only thing of a dear old friend who disappeared long ago. She also mentioned how she inherited such a fortune and even answered Chuck's reader submitted question on her relationship with Shroomsworth. Chuck would then quickly leave the castle when Merlot hinted she ordered a duck for dinner.
Mission 6 Prologue
While in search of a story in Tao Woods, Chuck encountered Anana and Terra, whom were on their way to Tao Village, and began to spy on them while he fabricated stories. He was quickly discovered and began to explain the recent events that occurred in Tao Village to Anana, all while of course changing a few details to make the story appear more exciting. Template:Clr
