Anana is PK's blood sister, a Kecleon who takes after her sibling (or is it the other way around?) and runs the Alomomola Bay Merchants' guild. Despite the sibling resemblance, her personality contrasts quite a bit with PK's sometimes sour disposition. She's known to be incredibly kind and caring to those around her, lending her a great reputation in the Alomala Bay area. Anana is sweet - almost cloyingly so, leading some to wonder if anyone could possibly be that nice or if it's just a front. Rumors say she's not afraid to use her feminine wiles and good looks to get what she wants.

Near the end of her childhood, Agave and Cheri began to focus their training on Anana since she proved herself to be more responsible than her sister, PK, when it came to running the store (not to mention, have a much better attitude), so more and more, Anana spent her days helping her mother while PK went off to play. One morning, she and her sister woke up to prepare breakfast for their parents. She went off to collect some fresh juice while PK took care of cooking some eggs. Anana came back with a pleasant attitude, but noticed something odd about her cooked eggs and the face her father was giving PK. Agave explained to the girls the difference between plain unfertilized eggs and colorful fertilized ones. Anana then realized what kind of eggs PK had cooked and, like her mother, refused to touch them. Her father would then make a list of Pokemon she and her sister would have to memorize that they would soon have to be careful around or they will lay a colorful egg.

A few weeks after the egg incident, Anana and PK went to find and play with Fin, Naki, and other children who lived in the slums of the city. Anana felt uneasy being around such a crowd and it didn't help when PK pressured her into suggesting her sister's favorite game: hide 'n seek. The other kids went along with the game, but once she and PK found their hiding spot, the other children abandoned them. Anana later appeared at her home and found PK with a blind Rattata. Her sister had made a mess and left half eaten berries all over the kitchen counter. Charles would quickly leave, not wanting to cause them any trouble, but, because PK asked Anana not to tell their father of her guest, she would take the blame for the mess. A few days later, a darken distressed PK would run into the shop to beg help from her father. Anana was shocked of her father's response but did not dare to interfere between him and PK. As soon as she could, Anana excused herself to the beach to calm her nerves.

Gunpowder had a nightmare in which he recalled past events when he was working for Anana. She had made a deal with him to be a full-time employee at her shop in exchange for room and board. On his first day at work, Anana defended him against Penne the Snivy, a regular customer of hers, who apologized to her but refused to acknowledge Gunpowder's effort to help him. In order to cheer him up, Anana retrieved a silly hat from the storage room and placed it on Gunpowder's head, eliciting a giggle from the mopey Pokemon. When another customer came, Anana handled the transaction in order to both show Gunpowder how to do his job and show off a bit. She sent him to do inventory in the back with Fabian, who was still a Lombre at the time. Anana later walked in on Fabian telling him stories about her sister PK, and she cut him off so he wouldn't spill anymore details.

She brought Gunpowder home for dinner and walked through the door only to find her long-missing sister PK putting supplies into a rucksack. Anana berated PK for abandoning the family business and causing their parents loads of stress, when PK dropped the bombshell that she would be working with their father at the Tao Merchant's guild. PK eventually left, leaving the two in an uncomfortable silence. Gunpowder took his leave soon after, though Anana seemed to want to apologize and get him to stay.

Gunpowder later witnessed two Pokemon, one resembling Anana and the other unidentifiable, speaking in the shop. A Scraggy working for Dorsen was trying to get information from her, threatening to destroy the shop and cause her physical harm. He grabbed Anana to prevent her escape, when out of nowhere Gunpowder jumped to her defense by stabbing his claw straight through the Scraggy's chest. Before he died, the Scraggy expressed some recognition of Gunpowder. Anana, unsure of how to assess the situation, began to cry. Gunpowder, worried that his association with her would put her in danger again, informed Anana that the Scraggy was a member of Dorsen's gang, who was Gunpowder's brother. When Gunpowder announced that he would leave, Anana gave him his old hat and a note from Bluegill. Without saying goodbye, Gunpowder left for Tao Village, leaving a sniffling Anana behind.

Anana meets Terra
It was almost time to close the Merchant dock for the day. Anana was thinking about her sister, yet again, and the Merchant Guild in Tao Village. She couldn't understand why PK would run such a guild and believed had she gained control of Tao Village along with Alomomola Bay, Anana would disband the guild and be able to make a small profit out of the village. While glancing out the window, the golden Kecleon noticed something had washed up on the shore of Alomomola Bay that wasn't moving. She closed up shop, allowing a customer to leave without paying, and rushed to the beach to find a motionless Bagon. The dragon was wearing a brass collar, similar to the golden collar her sister's Deino wore. Anana decided to take the Bagon to Lamia in hopes that the witch doctor would be able to help the young dragon.
 +

 +
Lamia, along with her new assisstant, Azif, was able to create a simple brew to warm up the Bagon's cold body. When the concoction did not appear to be working as quickly as she liked, Anana began to protest but was silenced when the Arbok suggested she was similar to her sister. When there was nothing else the witch doctor could do, Lamia went back into her room, not caring if Anana decided to carry the Bagon back to the dock or left it in the room. Too tired to walk all the way back, Anana slept next to the Bagon.

She was awoken by the Bagon. Curious, Anana asked the dragon how she ended up washed up on the beach. She learned that the Bagon was attempting to fly off a cliff from the cathedral but had failed. With no where to go and no way to return to Cathedral Drop, Anana offered Terra to become her assistant, since the brass collar she wore was the mark of one under Prosphora.

Upon arriving in Tao, Anana attempted to give PK an Enigma berry as a gift, which was promptly refused by her sister. Anana was informed by Bluegill and the foreigners from Velle that a dueling fish and dinosaur caused a series of shipwrecks in the ocean.  The event also resulted in flooding throughout Velle including the city, Regigante, where PK and Anana's parents currently reside.  Because of the natural disasters, shipping from Velle was out of the question, and a major source Alomomola City's imports were cut off.

Desperate, Anana made a decision to visit Shroomsworth while her sister was still absent from Tao.  She told him of PK's history of using others, stealing, and running away, and she was confident her sister's sudden disappearance was intentional to avoid the wedding with Twigs.  She declared herself the rightful leader of the Merchants' Guild and reminded him that his name was no longer on the official paperwork, but he was offered a position as her assistant.  In exchange, the entire Merchant guild would be disbanded and built from the ground up with merchants from Alomomola.  Shroomsworth was appalled with the idea and promptly threw Anana out of the hut.

After the rude refusal of her proposal, Anana turned to Gunpowder to help forcefully evict Shroomsworth from her inheritance.  While the Gabite was out and with his permission, she borrowed Rogue members to execute her backdoor operation as smoothly as possible.  She also visited Fresnel and asked to make sure the Rescuers had no interference with her plans, as a favor for her.

On top of that, Agave and Cheri stopped showering Anana with praise when it was discovered PK was being courted by a young Twigs. However, Anana stayed by her sister's side when Charles died and PK became blind and weak. Staying at her bedside, Anana and Twigs would speak to each other, although PK could not make out what either of them said. Once Twigs brought a cure for PK, her sister confided in her she didn't want to be married with the cat. Mission 2

Mission 5 Epilogue

Anana woke up one morning to witness Terra peering out the window at a rainbow. Seeing it for herself, she declared that it was time to take a trip.

Mission 6 Prologue

On her way to deliver a rather dubious birthday gift to PK, Anana and Terra discovered that Chuck from the Tao Village newspaper had been following them in order to write a fabricated story. After stopping him in his tracks, Chuck explained the recent events in Tao, placing the blame on PK. Anana and Terra manage to get away from the desperate writer after his partner Kathy dive-bombed him for possibly ruining the guilds' relationship with Anana.

Upon arriving in Tao, Anana attempted to give PK an Enigma berry as a gift, which was promptly refused by her sister. The two exchanged words, with PK succeeding in riling up Anana when, from through the roof Twigs jumped down, separating the arguing sisters. Twigs recognized Anana but immediately turned his attention to PK, realizing that she was his romantic interest from the past. After being told both shut up and mind her own business by Twigs, Anana left with Terra, reminding PK to make sure to remove Shroomsworth from the paperwork.

She later sought out the Rescuer's guild, where she met Fresnel who, in place of Mike, agreed to sign the papers necessary to receive a large donation from her in order to rebuild the guild.

Mission 6

After receiving word of Dee's illness from the King's Rock Casino, Anana sent a letter to all guild members in Tao Village, asking for Pokemon to come to Alomomola City and fill in for Dee. She offered a large sum of money to those who took the job.

The Question

While PK was trying to find a way out of Twigs' marriage proposal, she spotted Anana out on the Merchant's pier at the bay, looking rather manic. This prompted PK to agree to the proposal.

Mission 7

Chex asking Anana to pay up

Fresnel assigned some of his Rescuers to deliver an important letter to Anana, warning them that thugs and suspicious characters that were after her would attempt to steal it.

Anana also fretted over the increasingly large number of dead bodies showing up in various places, knowing that should anyone find out, tourism and commerce in Alomomola Bay would fall dramatically. She did not want to pay Chex the increased fee for "special garbage removal," rather opting to attempt to pay the normal amount, citing that paying so much to get rid of so many bodies would make the bay appear unsafe. Chex had been trying to collect his dues from her but to no avail, and so, accompanied by Rogue members, traveled to Merchant's guild there to deliver a final invoice to be paid on the spot (by use of blackmail, of course).

During these events, Cole, her assistant, arrived with urgent news concerning a gigantic barrier in the ocean discovered by some The Corps members. He advised her to track down Bluegill, who would hopefully know something about the phenomenon.

Mission 8

Mission 8 Epilogue

As she recalled parts of her childhood to Mike and Devonshire, PK mention her sister, Anana, and how their relationship became strained. When PK started to hang out more and more with Charles, Anana found herself uninvited to go along with the pair and chose to continue to hang out with the friends that had abandoned them during their game. Instead of supporting PK yet again, Anana turned on how, questioning why, after all Twigs did for her, would she even consider not staying with the Meowth.

Tasks

July 2013

Anana was still gone from the city, but left Royce some tasks that were to be completed in her name.

Wanting to make the waters of the bay more friendly, she asked members to accompany Fin and relieve a patrol of Qwilfish of their duties. This was worth one point.

Another tasks was to evict debt holders from their home. A majority of them, from well off families, appeared to have gambled away their money and are unable to pay off their mortgage. Guild members had to kick these Pokemon out of their homes and were warned by Royce not to accept money from their parents. This was worth one point. Template:Clr
