A Chespin from Velle.

Mission 8 Prologue

The last of the three to speak, Viktor tells Anana about the beast they had encountered when their ship had been engulfed by the storm. He described them as a large fish and dinosaur, fighting in the middle of a hole in the ocean. The beasts had briefly disappeared from their sights, but had emerged from the water next to their ship, causing its destruction. No one, except for the three, on the ship survived. Template:Clr

A Froakie from Velle.

Mission 8 Prologue

Ras was the first of the three to speak up once inside Anana's office after Bluegill accused their crew had been foolish to sail straight into a powerful storm. The Froakie explained to the Kecleon that their ship had initially sailed at the border of a storm but were quickly swallowed up as the borders expanded. He also revealed to Anana that the three had come from a continent called Velle and had attempted to sail across the ocean to start a new life, but had he known the strength of the storm, he would not have left his homeland.
