Michelle, aka Missy the Blissey, runs the hatchery at Tao Village and tends to both the eggs and young pokemon that hatch from them, running both the hatchery and a daycare together. Her facilities tend to get crowded with more pokemon than she can take care of. On several occasions, she has requested the help of various guilds in looking after the baby pokemon.
Occasionally Missy allows teams to adopt some of the young pokemon, both pokemon eggs and/or baby pokemon. However generally she only allows certain types to be adopted at any given time, and only if the team has completed a mission or so.
Missions and Events
Mission 2
As part of mission two, Missy's adoption services are mentioned as one of her eggs must be delivered to the appropriate rescuer team, with other rescuer teams having to figure out who the egg belongs to, thanks to a Delivery Delibird with a bad memory.
Meanwhile, the Merchant's guild was contracted to deliver other eggs to teams that requested a new member, help look after the remaining children pokemon with Missy, as well as taking them through Castle Draclugia or Creeping Forest, to Sapling Village with guild leader Shroomsworth.
Mission 4
The Errand
When Dmitri first arrived to Tao Village, the Zangoose would spend his day helping Missy take care of the children at the daycare. One day, Missy asked Dmitri to go to the Merchant Hut to buy food for the little ones and handed him some money. He returned with berries for everyone but an angry PK soon entered the daycare. The Kecleon yelled at Dmitri for not paying so he offered PK the money Missy had given him earlier, though he did not realize what the purpose of money was in the first place.
Mission 5
During the evacuation of Tao Village, Missy receives help from guild teams to help escort all the baby pokemon and eggs out of Tao.
Mission 6
With the temporary stay at Merlot's castle, Missy's children needed to be kept under control with help from the rescuer guild.
Mission 7
Inspiration
With their mother missing, Hatch, Charcoal, and Tohne were set to the daycare where they did nothing but pick on the other children and cause trouble. Missy found the trio extremely difficult to handle, but tried to justify their behavior, considering who their mother was. While having to deal with the trouble makers, Missy asked Palette to paint a mural for the children.
