Jill is an Aerodactyl who personally delivers the dead to The Boneyard to be laid to rest, and can be called upon by grieving friends and family to do so. Has previous experience serving under Tivoli in the Prismatic Jungle. She is Chex's foster mother, along with Ivory.
Background
She was born and raised in the Prismatic Jungle; being the strongest of her siblings, she was the only one of them to survive into adulthood. By chance, she was eventually noticed by Tivoli after taking down a particularly strong foe, almost at the cost of her life. She was given small tasks at first, but eventually proved herself to be extremely competent, earning herself the role of Tivoli's personal messenger. While under his service, she became friends with Udon and Ruben.
To ensure her cooperation, Tivoli always kept Jill under the influence of the Draconicello, but it had limited power over her for the fact that she's not a true Dragon-type, merely dragon-like. As a result, she started to let her mind wander, silently questioning Tivoli's authority. The more atrocious acts he committed or had her take part in, the more she was sickened by him and the harder it became for the Draconicello to subdue her mind. In order to stay alive and in a good spot in the food chain, however, she let Tivoli believe that she was completely subservient.
While working for the tyrant, Jill was witness to many horrors caused by his absolute control and ruthlessness, including the massacre of Ruben's children by his hand. She resolved to help Ruben escape, despite the danger that would present itself were Tivoli to find out. Luckily, he was unaware of Jill's treachery and continued to keep her at his side.
The final straw for Jill was when she was given the task of catching PK after the Kecleon had made a particularly aggravating assault against Tivoli. She was unable to do so, so instead, she followed her backup orders: smash the Merchants' Hut in Tao Village. In the process of carrying out his secondary commands, Jill accidentally harmed innocents who had nothing to do with either Tivoli or PK. That was enough destruction for her, and as a result she decided she was done following the Tyranitar's every command.
Not long afterward while surveying the land, Chex and Ivory from The Boneyard charmed their way into her heart leading to her decision to help out with duties and live peacefully alongside them.
Mission 4
Jill meets up with Devonshire for the first time while he is on a walk with Chex through Creeping Forest. Jill had received word of Slasher's death and went to collect the body, allowing for the meeting to take place. Much to Devonshire's annoyance, she hints at knowing things about him that he had apparently forgotten but apologizes immediately afterward, telling him that it's not her place to talk about the matter. She does offer him a tidbit of information on the Draconicello, which proves to be interesting and useful to Devonshire. She leaves with Chex afterward to the outskirts of the Prismatic Jungle, on a body run.
At the present time, she still has to avoid Tivoli's gaze, especially while she picks up the dead (or what's left of them) from around the Prismatic Jungle. He has been unsettlingly quiet lately, which startles her.
Mission 6
While Ivory and Chex were at the Trubbish Dump, Jill stayed at the Boneyard to receive the bodies the Rogues brought.
Fight and Flight
While surveying the Creeping Forest after Sorbet's rampage, Jill found a weak Swellow and offered her a berry, which the bird reluctantly took. She briefly mentions Tao Village to the Swellow and continues her stroll through the forest, looking for any bodies to take back to the Boneyard.
