Samual is a Kingdra who is infatuated with Merlot. He moved into Castle Draclugia's moat to be near her, dresses the way he thinks she would like and sends her love letters constantly. She finds him horribly creepy and ignores his existence. He still thinks they are soul mates and will get married soon.
Fight and Flight
On her way to Tao Village, Cyclone stopped to drink from the moat that surrounded Castle Draclugia. Samual appeared in front of the Swellow and proceeded to insult her looks and intelligence. He gave her more specific directions to the village while he continued to insult her, which resulted in him getting slammed in the face by the bird.
