The Boneyard is one of many places throughout the land where the skeletons of dead Pokemon are taken for proper burial. It is the home of Chex, Jill, and Ivory.
Mission 6
Upon returning to Tao Village after Sorbet's rampage, a gruesome discovery was made; bodies of Pokemon were found in the Trubbish Dump. With Candy no where in sight, no one knows how the bodies got there or why. Ivory and Chex were more than happy to help clearing the bodies, but asked the Rogues to help since there were so many bodies. Those who agreed to assist then took the corpses to the Boneyard for Jill to sort out.
Mission 7
Anana asked Chex to come to Alomomola City to pick up some bodies discovered in the city and take them to the Boneyard. When the Cubone arrived, he was overwhelmed with the amount of cargo he had to take, not to mention the obvious fact that many, if not all, of the deceased Pokemon died of unnatural causes. Chex asked members of the Rogues guild in Tao Village to escort him back to Anana and demand more pay.
