A traveling merchant who travels via a Zebstrika-pulled carriage he apparently built himself. He lost his 2 front teeth in an unknown incident.
Well of Memories
Otis appeared from out of a swamp when he first met Gunpowder. The Gabite was just on his way to Tao Village, following his sudden departure from Alomomola City with Anana. Otis was reluctant at first to get close to Gunpowder (his claw was still covered with blood from the night before), but after a white lie told by the Gabite, Otis warmed up to him and even offered to take Gunpowder to Tao Village in his carriage. It was Otis who mentioned Devonshire to Gunpowder, and how the Sableye was known to hire just about anyone who sought out work from him, no questions asked.
