Reminder on PMD-E Folders
I like to give members the benefit of the doubt and assume you are all take the time to figure out the folders of groups and what deviation goes where.
Unfortunately, that is not always the case. So I am here to clearly point out each sub-folder in the Miscellaneous Adventures folder in order to keep that section of the group organized. Please note, it is also greatly appreciated in other groups; it only takes minutes to browse through the gallery and read the label of folders.

- 1.First is the Meme folder. Within this folder is also a Template sub-folder where you can submit meme templates you may have created just for the group. This is self-explanatory: Submit any Memes you have completed that include your PMD-E characters. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE APPLICATIONS. DO NOT SUBMIT APPLICATIONS HERE.
- 2.Next is the Icon folder. Whether you created a traditional PMD-E icon or made a pixel-like one, submit it here! DO NOT SUBMIT ANYTHING THAT IS NOT CONSIDERED AN ICON.
- 3.Following that is a popular, but often ignored, Personal Stories folder. Any side story (including back story) you made of your team or about personal NPC goes in here. I say this is often ignore because a majority of deviations I move from the main Misc Ad 4 folder usually belong here. So allow me to repeat this once again: ANY SIDE STORY OF YOUR CHARACTERS GOES HERE.
- 4.Next on the list is the Gijinkas folder. For those who live under a rock or are blind (how are you reading this then?), this is where you submit images of your characters as if they were human. There is only one rule for this folder, and as well as any art submitted into the group: NO BASES ARE ALLOWED. Don’t be lazy; draw out the entire thing yourself.
- 5.Another popular folder is the NPC Suggestion folder. Along with suggestions, people also submit images of their personal NPCs (just be sure to make that clear in the title if you do not want your character to become canon). PK and Marl sometimes browse this folder if they need to fill in some characters in their storyline. Many NPCs that you know are suggested ones (such as Pal and Palette, the Patrat Patrol, Arianna, Blight …etc…)! Please note, however, some changes to your suggestion may be needed (like name, accessory, backstory) in order to fit the storyline but if your NPC is picked, your original suggest image will be added to the Wiki.
- 6.Next is the folder labeled Tumblrs. Basically, put your PMD-E tumblr ad here, as well as any asks you wish to post on dA as well.
- 7.And last, but not least (no seriously, this is the last folder that is opened to all members as of this moment), is the Accessory Suggestion folder. Just as the NPC Suggestion folder is browsed by PK and Marl, the same can be said for this one as well. And just like the details to the other suggestion folder, some changes may occur to your design.
And that about covers all there is to the Misc Ad 4 folder. Also remember, if you accidentally submitted something to the wrong folder in the group, just either remove it from the group and resubmit it, or tell an admin via comment, note, in IRC, and have them move it for you.
Also remember this may be just for PMD-E but also please take the time to get to know other group’s galleries as well.
