Introduction - Ideas

For Introduction page- there needs to be a general description of the group, like "based on the PMD games blah blah blah", and some other stuff. Any ideas? Updated by MissFluffyKitty

A general description as well as a rundown of what the group exactly does, the best works of all times, a lot of useful links and maybe as well as a short version of the time line...This is supposed to be one of the core articles about the group itself. Medals

For Medals page, this is the page that will display all medals given out at the end of Arc 1, and soon Arc 2, but is there a way to organize them? Example, section for First Place medals, section for Parody medals, etc...? Updated by MissFluffyKitty

Probably the "Class" one would be unnecessary, seeing as a header would do the job instead, but in general, I dunno if you see this as a better formatting?

Separate page for rules and guidelines

Maybe there could be a separate page for basic rules and general guidelines? As of right now, most of these are scattered around the FAQ and the newbie guide, and some are not even written down. A good part of the questions on the group are about these - Although this has also encouraged people to ask more, which is a good thing. Ideas? JWNoctis 08:50, 18 April 2013 (PDT)

I think the current Introduction page does a good job of that. Its made in mind for any newcomers who are in need of a simple explanation of what the group is about and etc. Maybe adding some links is needed, like the Arc 1 Summary and link to the Visual Guide on how to correctly fill out the application? True...Until people start to raise marginal questions like transferring members between teams or changing guild affiliations. Might be good to write everything down somewhere. And more of these guides might be necessery for common group procedures like submitting missions and recruiting new members...This might be too much. JWNoctis 07:16, 22 April 2013 (PDT)

Languages and Sentience

A page is needed that lists all known Languages and explains what nonsentient and sentient Pokemon are. No idea what the page would be call, or if its needed since Narelith is working on the encyclopedia. Suggestions? Updated by MissFluffyKitty 17:25, 21 April 2013

There could be a page for trivia and miscellaneous references and we can put them there, along with some others such as, say, all the fairy-like legendaries were named after various kinds of tea. These would also definitely belong to Narelith's encyclopedia. JWNoctis 07:16, 22 April 2013 (PDT)

The Periy Family

For the The Periy Family,

I've taken the latest post PK did of the entire family's updated artwork and uploaded each separately in png files (just type their first name with .png at the end). I think these should do for now with images, but I'm not too sure how to post them onto the page itself. If another editor is able to, that's great. -Pitafish

Locations Template

Been thinking about a header template for location pages as well -- And these would probably go onto this:

• Name and affiliation of the location
• Notable features and landmarks such as Alomomola City for Alomomola Bay, and Viridian Shrine for Sapling Village
• Involvement in missions, events and tasks
• Related stories
• Directions from other locations -- Like, say, "a bit less than a day of walk west of Tao Village" for Castle Draclugia. But this can be open to interpretation.

For locations, headers/affiliations would be different for continents (Tao, Velle, Jipang, etc...). Notable features can also be under "See Also" section. Yes to everything else. I have a general idea on how I'd make location pages look like, but I'm no coder (basic HTML only). This project should be started soon or whenever PK decided to update the Map. Thought that would take a while...Or at least not until Arc 3 draws closer. And yes, the subtitle on the second line would probably indicate the continent the place is located on, with actual affiliation listed further below, and speaking of notable features - They are kind of already there in that section for many articles. Tao Ranch: Location or character?

Concerning the page Tao Ranch. While it is listed as a Location page, its treated like a character page. Therefore, probably on Thursday (5/23/13), I will make a new page just for the NPCs listed there and turn Tao Ranch into a legit location page. So, please refrain from adding the new Location Template to that page until then. Updated by MissFluffyKitty

Its done. Tao Ranch is now just for location, though an updated images is greatly needed. The Ranchers is now for all NPCs who live at the Ranch. Updated by MissFluffyKitty

NPC Galleries

Some NPC galleries, like for PK, are huge and Rootie pointed out in the IRC chat a huge gallery tends to slow down the loading of the page. So I was thinking, while we keep a smaller gallery on Character pages (ie original suggestion, past official art, 3 or 5 notable fanart images), we also have an entire page just for fanart for all NPCs. However, I have no idea as of now on how to organize such a page so it doesn't look too cluttered. Any ideas are welcomed. Updated by MissFluffyKitty

A gallery subpage for NPCs who need them with smaller number staying on the mainpage like you said would probably be better. Putting them all together would...That's probably a bit too many for individual NPCs.

Rules and Guidelines

I was thinking, should there be a section just for editorials or articles, such as this? If so, name of the page and also if there anymore necessary articles that need to be written like this? Updated by MissFluffyKitty

Something like "Articles and editorials", or "Articles and guidelines", or something alike, I think...Though there are probably too few of them to make up for a separate section yet.

A set of rules separately written down might do good -- People are asking questions outside the limit of the FAQ article, and answerers often had to refer to earlier questions of the same type or rely on memory without a hard reference. Some of the rules are also buried fairly deep within the FAQ and the guide.

But that comes with its own disadvantages, such as reducing the ruleset's flexibility and giving those...Aspiring rule lawyers more to work with and cause more disruption.

An article about the geography and culture of various regions of the world might also do good. But that's storymaker's territory.

Though it is possible to import earlier articles about egg compatibilities, illustration, comics and storytelling and writings without any problem, and make them into a separate category...We are going to need that category. And maybe listed somewhere on the main page, too...
