Jules' top student when Eve was learning in Steel City. Eve's very knowledgeable about machines and their inner workings and is able to replace and fix parts of technology that's been the pride of Steel City for centuries. (Jules knows the most about that, but Eve took to it quickly).
Spiritual Malaise
After a visit from Royce, along with a very serious threat, Eve and Wind began to look into reasons why Vendetta would allow a slip up on the casino floor. Template:Clr

A former construction worker, Wind learned from Eve on the side, as he was not allowed to take part in official lessons on the specialized machinery of Steel City. Eve taught him what she knew, anyway, at great personal risk. He helps her maintain a very peculiar piece of machinery in Alomomola City.
Spiritual Malaise
Wind and Eve began to work on Vendetta and the computers she occupied into seeing why there was an error on one of the machines on the casino floor. Upon further investigation, Wind found it odd that Vendetta did not only fail to respond, or even acknowledge the Sandshrew, but she keep mentioning an error that supposedly did not exist. Nicknamed such by Wind after refusing to cooperate to smoothly run the casino among other things, Vendetta has caused quite a few "hiccups" in the system from time to time.
Spiritual Malaise
It appears that Vendetta fell under the effects of a major glitch that also effected all the Porygon in Steel City, despite being so far away. Her glitch nearly cost the casino a huge loss of money, and her job.
While the glitch in Steel City was known as an Error 99, Vendetta's glitch was known as an Error 19; both of these glitches are unknown to the Porygons. Template:Clr
