The Whispering Peaks are a snowy mountain range located west of Snowy Village. It was the primary location of the second part of the main mission in Mission 4
Mission 4
During the Rescuer Mission 4, Shiv kidnapped all the citizens of Snowy Village, except for Barkley, Master Shao, and Zhu. The main goal of the mission was to enter the Whispering Peaks and locate Shiv, then rescue the hostages and help Chill defeat him and obtain the Icicle Triangle from him.
