Head engineer of Steel City, Jules is the one to work with all of the machines to make sure they're properly maintained and functioning well. She's highly skilled in this, as well as any electrical work that needs to be done. She teaches engineering to her students, though she tries to prevent them from learning the engineering required to run the city, for fear of one of them pulling a nasty prank and messing up the city's machines.
Spiritual Malaise
After receiving a corrupt message from one of the many Porygons that help run the technology in Steel City, Jules contacted Blaine, the shiny Porygon-2 who is in charge of all of the other Porygons, to see if he could explain to her Error 99. Blaine failed to respond to Jules right away. She hurried up to the main server room, in hopes of having better luck to contact Blaine and fix the error that would cause two trains to collide.
Once in the room, Blaine began to materialize into a physical in front of Jules but he was not himself. Blaine did not return to his normal senses until after the two trains had crashed into each other. She asked the Porygon-2 to explain what was Error 99, but Blaine claims that there was no such thing. Template:Clr
