Vendetta appeared to have fallen under the effects of a major glitch that also affected all the Porygon in Steel City despite being so far away. Her glitch nearly costed the casino a huge loss of money and her job.
While the glitch in Steel City was known as "Error 99", Vendetta's glitch was known as "Error 19"; both of which had so far never been heard of by anyone.
