Shiv, a vicious bully of a Skarmory, and a terrible foe from Chill's past. He has earned a reputation as a kidnapper, loves to pick fights just for the thrill of it, and delights in over-powering weaker Pokemon. His body is battle-hardened with many deep scars, most noticeably the one upon his face, and his recklessness has cost him one of his own eyes as a result.

He will stop at nothing to get what he wants, using many under-handed fighting tactics. His signature fighting style is to blind his foes with Flash and other accuracy-reducing attacks.

Missions

Mission 4

Having possession of the Icicle Triangle, Shiv was able to brush off Chill's Blizzard attack and kidnapped Maple. Shiv has also kidnapped many members of the Snowy Village, including Tam and Aya.

Mission 4 Epilogue

Shiv was defeated by Chill and the Rescuers, and Chill takes possession of the Icicle Triangle and frees his sisters and the residents of Snowy Village who had been kidnapped or put under Shiv's control. While the victors were celebrating, Shiv attacked and gravely injured Cindi. Chill encased Shiv in ice using the Icicle Triangle in retribution.
