Shiv, a vicious bully of a Skarmory, and a terrible foe from Chill's past. He has earned a reputation as a kidnapper, loves to pick fights just for the thrill of it, and delights in over-powering weaker Pokemon. His body is battle-hardened with many deep scars and his recklessness has cost him one of his own eyes as a result.
He will stop at nothing to get what he wants, using many under-handed fighting tactics. His signature fighting style is to blind his foes with Flash and other accuracy-reducing attacks.
