Charon has been around Gambitville since...well, since longer than Jury. Jury will not address or talk to Charon, but it doesn't matter since he never breaks any laws. Pokemon will often see his single red eye floating down in the well, which is believed to be his main residence. This is thought to be Charon's main residence when he's not floating around town, looking for ghosts to escort back home.
