Bluegill hails from somewhere off the coast of the island hosting Tao Village, and arrived sometime between Event 3 and Mission 4 prologue, seeking someone by the name of Finnegan. It is revealed in Mission 4's epilogue that this was actually an alter-ego of Gunpowder, connecting the two's past. Bluegill also appears to know Anana, but how remains a mystery. Template:Clr
