Merlot is a Lugia, the lady and caretaker of Castle Draclugia. Like most legendary pokemon, rumors abound about her: From her age, weight, and dietary habits to other more scandalous secrets, Merlot is a riddle wrapped in an enigma inside a fashionable velvet cape. Despite all the rumors about her, however, nothing has ever been proven and in person she always seems to know the right thing to say. In fact, she has never been seen so much as losing her temper, though her detractors would say those who have simply haven't lived to tell the tale.
