Samual is a kingdra who is infatuated with Merlot. He moved into Castle Draclugia's moat to be near her, dresses the way he thinks she would like and sends her love letters constantly. She finds him horribly creepy and ignores his existence. He still thinks they are soul mates and will get married soon.
