In addition to mayor, he is Gambitville's head prosecutor, ensuring that all criminals are brought before the courthouse judge for a fair and swift trial.
He is also Gambitville's one and only judge, ensuring that all criminals brought before him are handed a swift and fair punishment.
There are rumors that he has heated debates and conversations with himself when nobody is watching... and even when people are watching. Why? Who knows.
Jury claims he was elected town mayor a long time ago, and that despite his periods of hibernation, since he hasn't resigned, he still is the mayor of Gambitville. The citizens of Gambitville accept this, for the most part.
