Sir Cooper is an Escavalier who migrated to Mossy Village from parts unknown and serves as the village's primary form of defence and law enforcement.
Although not a traditional police Pokémon, Sir Cooper uses his intimidating appearance to deter possible fights breaking out in the village and to deal with any outsiders (non-bugs) from causing trouble in town.
Sir Cooper is known to watch out for smaller bugs such as Caterpie and Wurmple in particular, due to an incident early on in his days in Mossy Village seeming to warrant the extra protection. Whenever the village is under attack, Sir Cooper makes sure the smaller bugs are safe and out of the way before he deals with the invaders.
Sir Cooper is also known to be a little biased against any non bug-type Pokémon and will keep a stern eye on such visitors. Template:Clr
