A Helioptile chosen to act as embassador for the Path of Shine at Cathedral Drop. Though he tries his best to take the duty seriously, he is easily distracted and quick to push his responsibilities onto others. Though his intentions are good, he can be brash and childish, and his pranks and rumormongering often cause frustration amongst his peers. While he's a devoted worshipper of the sun, his Dry Skin ability makes him vulnerable to sunburn, a trait he will try to ignore to the best of his ability, often to his own detriment.
