Steel City is a city located south of [[Tao Village]]. Apparently, the city harbours a lot of machines, maintained by [[Jules]], the head engineer. She is assisted in this by [[Levi]], the head electrician.

-In his youth, Fresnel and Mary would cause mischief in Steel City, writing obscenities about Jules on walls with berry juice. The fun wouldn't last long, since Mary had to wake up early the next morning to attend class. Fresnel wish he could became an engineer, like his mother, [[Anbari]], but Jules wouldn't allow males to ever become one. Despite long days of hard work, Anbari always managed to make dinner for her son. He came home late but ate his cold dinner.

 Jules noticed something strange in the main system that ran Steel City and called upon one of the Porygons within the program to find out what was going on. When the Porygon sent a message with scrabbled letters, Jules immediately contacted Blaine, head of the Porygon. However, Blaine was also acting unusual, stating a mysterious error had occurred. Unfortunately, the glitch had caused two trams to head on the rail, in opposite directions. Jules tried desperately to get some sense into Blaine, but it was too late. The trams had collided and many Pokemon died. When he finally came to his senses, Blaine did not recall acting strangely or acknowledged a mysterious error that was not listed in their manual.

She also spoke of Jules' strange behavior recently, but did not say much else because the letter had been sneaked out of Steel City and she feared someone may have intercepted it.
