The Sableye quickly realized the sights he was seeing weren't real and demanded Blot to reveal himself, which the Zoroark did. He referred Devonshire as "cardinal" and stated he would serve Devonshire's master, although the Sableye didn't know what he was referring to. When asked who caused the Zoroark such pain, Blot attacked Devonshire but was unable to harm him. As Devonshire was leaving, Blot rambled on how he needed to serve a master and how his skin was sacrificed in order to find a better place.
