Furthermore, his use of brightly-lit Flash attacks left Chill temporary blinded, as well as beaten.

 Chill the Minccino is the founder and original leader of the [[Rescuers]] Guild alongside [[Michael|Mike]], whom he seems to treat more like a kid brother. Due to an unfortunate series of recent events, he was forced to resign from his position as leader, leaving Mike in charge.

Upon his arrival to Snowy Village, Chill was suddenly confronted with his old foe, Shiv the Skarmory, whom had obtained the legendary [[Icicle Triangle]]. A few failed attacks later, Chill was knocked unconscious, only to awaken to find that Shiv had kidnapped his twin sisters and Maple, as well as taken the rest of the villagers hostage to [[Whispering Peaks]]. Realizing that he needed help, Chill fought together alongside his Rescuer teams, [[Barkley]], [[Master Shao]], and [[Zhu]] in an attempt to take down Shiv and save the village.
