Yay I figured the pen pressure out! I did some research and I had to download this program called Jtablet and update my wacom's driver. Now I can draw nice smooth pics like everyone else! Mystery solved!

The pressure of opacity and size is at your right when you open ChibiPaint. There will be a option called "size" with a little white dot, turn it black by pressing on it! It should work~ :3

EDIT: Do you have downloaded the latest version of JAVA? Or installed pen pressure on your tablet? (With the CD)
