@Katta: Copy the your first layer on the background layer then anti alias on it. Then fill in the picture and the border automatically appears! :3

An attempted at pixel art that just turned out a tad bit messy. I wanted to draw the awesome, stoner-eyed Miltank from the DP episode Tanks for the Memories as well as more realistic lighting.

This was suppose to take a little over an hour, but due to numerous small things and forgetting to come back to this it took the course of a week to finish, and I really don't like prolonging anything.
